06 — Terms

The commercial fine print

USD prices are net of tax. Services are exported from Chile; no IVA is charged.

Billing. Retainers monthly in advance. Packs 50 % on order, 50 % on delivery of the last reel.

Payment. Chilean transfer or Mercado Pago in CLP; wire, Wise or Stripe in USD and EUR.

Minimum term. Three months on any retainer, then rolling with 30 days' notice.

Unused deliverables. Roll over one month inside a retainer. Packs never expire.

Rates hold for the life of an active retainer, and for 60 days on any quote issued from this sheet.

Ad spend is paid directly by you to the platform. We never hold client media budget.
